2. IP Anonymization & Telemetry

All analytics telemetry uses strict IP anonymization (anonymize_ip: true) with advertising personalization disabled. Diagnostic inputs (M3U URLs, MAC addresses, or ISP routing tests) are processed ephemerally in memory and are never indexed or cached publicly.

3. Data Retention & Automatic Deletion

Order and support records are retained only as long as necessary to fulfill your subscription and provide technical support, and are automatically purged upon request or expiration.
